Introduction
Products created and managed in Cinchio Back Office form the foundation of your menu structure, inventory and reporting. The Products section gives you full control over how items are defined, organised, priced, and configured across your operation.
Products can flow automatically into your database via POS integration, or be created directly within Cinchio Back Office. This flexibility ensures your product data supports both operational and reporting needs.
Within each product, you can manage core attributes, optional settings, pricing and tax configuration, inventory controls, production planning, KMS behaviour, menu settings, and allergen or nutritional information.
Products are be assigned to a structured Product Group hierarchy, giving you the flexibility to build a reporting framework that reflects your business requirements.
Together, these tools ensure your product data remains structured, consistent, and fully aligned across your POS, KMS, and digital ordering channels.
