About
Cash skimming lets you record cash taken out of a till during trading, for example to keep the drawer from getting too full. The till's expected cash is reduced, so the count still matches at cash up.
Skim the till
Record a cash event. The till's expected cash goes down, and the skim is recorded.
Cash up
Count the drawer as cash, and the skimmed cash against its own line.
Approve
Both counts go into the same account, so the cash can be combined.
