Prices and tax rates for each product on up to four price levels, with the option to edit them.

About
The Price List report lists the prices and tax rates for each product on the price levels you choose. With the right rights, you can also edit prices and tax rates here.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Data > Price List. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The price levels to include, up to 4.
Include saleable products, non-saleable products or both.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
The product stock types to include. Leave blank for all.
Whether to include products marked as deleted.
For multi-merchant companies only, the merchant to show products for. Leave blank for all.
Only the site's POS merchants are listed, unless you're logged in at Head Office, where all merchants are listed.
Report Output
A table of prices for up to four price levels.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
The product name.
The product's price and tax rate on the price level named in the column header. There's one column for each price level chosen in the filters, up to 4.

Update Prices
Add and update prices and tax rates for products on each price level.
You have update rights
Your user role needs Update rights for this report. If it doesn't, find out how to get access.

Add a new price

Start a new price
If the product doesn't have a price yet, select Add Price in the price level column.

Fill in the price
In the New Price window, fill in:
The price.
The product's tax rate on this price level. It fills in automatically if the price level has a default tax rate, but you can change it.
Tick if the price doesn't include tax.
The product has a price on that price level.
Update an existing price

Change the value
Edit the price or tax rate straight in its field.

Leave the field
Click or tab out of the field.
The field's border turns blue to show the change has been saved.
