See every product's reporting groups, and move products to new groups in one place.

About
The Product List report shows your products and the product groups they're in. You can also use it to move products to new groups quickly.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Data > Product List. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
Optionally, product attributes to show only products with those attributes. Leave blank for all.
For multi-merchant companies only, the merchant to show products for. Leave blank for all.
Only the site's POS merchants are listed, unless you're logged in at Head Office, where all merchants are listed.
Report Output
A table of products and their reporting groups.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
The product's unique ID. Select it to open the product.
The product's name and unique PLU.
The master group the product group belongs to, with its super group in brackets.
The product group the product is in.

Update Product Groups
Move a product to a different product group.
You have update rights
Your user role needs Update rights for this report. If it doesn't, find out how to get access.
Steps

Choose the master group
Select the product's new Product Master Group. Each master group shows its super group in brackets, for reference.

Choose the product group
The Product Groups list refreshes. Select the product's new group.

Leave the field
Click or tab out of the field.
The field's border turns green to show the change has been saved.
