Creating Product Families

To create a new product family: 

• Head to Product Management > Product Families. 
• Select [NEW PRODUCT FAMILY].

Once created, products can be associated with the product family as covered in This Article.

Copying Product Families

To create a new product family by copying an existing one: 

• Head to Product Management > Product Families. 
• Locate the existing product family and select [EDIT].

Within the existing product family:

• Select [CREATE COPY]. 
• Name: Enter a name for the new product family being created. 
• Then select [CREATE COPY] again. 

The new product family is created, and can be updated as covered in This Article.
