Troubleshooting
My Product Isn't Showing As Suspended.
Once a product suspension has been Approved, it can take some menu destination platforms a short while to update the product on the menu.
First, check back within the product suspension history to ensure that the correct suspension start time and end time was selected, and that the suspension is in Approved state.
If the suspension start time has passed and it has been at least 15 minutes since the suspension was approved, contact Cinchio support.
