What To Do If The Product Suspension Fails
If the API Status shows as Failed, the information icon will explain why the suspension failed and the state will update to Failed too. You can either:
Select [Retry] to attempt the suspension again.
Select [Edit] then [Delete] to remove the suspension, if not required.
