Each section within the Digital Order Management section is protected by a User Role right as standard.
As the Location Setup section contains many customisable settings, you can apply advanced permissions to restrict which settings within this section users within your company have access to.
Head to: Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Setup Permissions.
Against each setting available within the Location Setup section, specify whether access is:
- Enabled - Admin: Available only to users within the company that have Admin rights to this section.
- Enabled - Manager: Available both to users that have Admin rights to this section as well as Manager rights.
- Disabled: Disabled to all users within the company as the settings are not applicable.
By default, all settings are set to Enabled - Admin to ensure that the setting is available to admins who can make the decision on whether to allow access for managers too, or disabled the section entirely.
The Admin and Manager rights are inherited from the User Role that the user is assigned to.
Against the Digital Order Management - Advanced Settings > Location Setup user role right, specify whether users assigned to this role have Admin or Manager privileges when accessing this section.
