Cinchio Direct Print sends orders from Cinchio Kiosk, Cinchio Mobile and other integrated remote ordering platforms straight to a network printer at your site, so the kitchen gets a printed ticket as soon as an order comes in.
Order placed
On Cinchio Kiosk, Cinchio Mobile or another integrated platform.
Cinchio Back Office
Sends the order to the printer you've set up for the location.
Printer
Prints the ticket in the kitchen.
Supported printers only
Direct Print works with particular printer models, such as the Epson TM-m30III. Check the setup article for the full list.
