Location Configuration
This article covers each of the location-specific settings available in the location setup section.
Some location-specific settings are related to certain features or impact on other areas of Cinchio Back Office, so where applicable, those other features and areas are referenced to help fully understand the setting.
To access location-specific settings for a location within a site:
- Head to Company Settings > Site Setup > Locations.
- Select [EDIT] against the relevant location.
The settings are organised into tabs based on access level, each of which is covered below.
Location Details
Within the Location Details tab you can define the following for the location:
| Name | Displays the location name as seen throughout Cinchio Back Office. |
| Code | Enter your company's internal code for the site, if required. |
| Site | Displays the name of the site that the location is assigned to. |
| Location Type 1 |
This setting will be named as per your company's first location type group, if configured. Select the location type applicable for the site. For more information on Location Types, Click Here. |
| Location Type 2 |
This setting will be named as per your company's second location type group, if configured. Select the location type applicable for the site. For more information on Location Types, Click Here. |
| Location Type 3 |
This setting will be named as per your company's third location type group, if configured. Select the location type applicable for the site. For more information on Location Types, Click Here. |
| Location Reference | Enter your company's internal reference for the site, if required. |
| Inventory Location | If the site is enabled for Location-Based Inventory, select this to flag the location as an Inventory Location to allow stock movements and stock counts against this location. Once saved, location-based inventory settings can be defined against the location in the Inventory Management tab. |
Location Day Parts
Within the Location Day Parts tab, times specific to this location can be assigned to day part types for reporting, wastage and/or remote order capacity.

Location Configuration
Within the Location Configuration tab you can define the following for the location.
Miscellaneous Settings
| Override KMS Order Target (Mins) | Enter the number of minutes that is the target time for orders to complete within when flowing through the kitchen at this location. This overrides the default company-level setting and any override set at site-level. |
Tables
The Tables section is a legacy feature and has been replaced by Delivery Points.

SDP Printers
Were applicable, Cinchio Back Office supports printing to FOH network receipt printers via server direct print (SDP).
Configuration is required in both Cinchio Back Office and on the printer itself.
Cinchio Back Office
Within Cinchio Back Office, to add a printer select [Add SDP Printer] and enter a recognisable Printer Name. It is this which end users will see when selecting where to send prints.
Once created, the printer will appear in the table below with an auto-generated SDP URL required later.
You can select [Edit] to update the Printer Name or Status, or remove the printer from the location entirely.
You can also select [Print Jobs] to see a log of print jobs sent to this printer from Cinchio Back Office within the past 7 days, with the option to resend.
Printer
Configuration varies per modal. Supported printer modals include: Epson M30III.
Epson M30III
Access the Epson M30III printers web configuration interface to apply the Server Direct Print settings:

Obtain the printers IP Address on the local network
This may already be known. If not, you may need assistance from your IT team to locate this.
It will look something like this:
192.168.1.150
On a device connected to the same network as the printer, user a web browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari to navigate to the IP Address, as it it were a standard website.

The Epson Web Config page should load, where you can then select Advanced Settings.
You may be prompted to enter in an administrator password. This may have been provided on installation, or may be available on the label attached to the printer.
Within the Advanced Settings menu look for Web Service Settings (or similar, depending on firmware).

Then, select Server Direct Print, where you must assign:
The SDP URL generated for the printer in Back Office as the URL against Server1, with an Interval of 5.
The SDP Passcode as the ID.
Save the settings and then restart the printer before testing the prints.
Remote Sales Integrations
Within the Remote Sales Integrations tab, you can manage the configuration of specific remote sales integrations.

Revenue Management
Within the Revenue Management tab you can define the following Revenue Management settings:
| Default Cash Up Count Template |
Select the cash up Count Template to use by default for the location. Note that this overrides any default template set at Site Level, and can be overwritten by a default set against individual Till Setup. |
| Auto Fill Cash Up |
Select this to automatically populate a new cash up with the Sales Date as the current sales date, and the Cash Up End Date as the end of the current day. This must also be enabled when using the Quick Cash Up feature (below). Note that this overrides the setting set at Site Level, and can be overwritten against individual Till Setup. |
| Pin Cash Up To End Of Day |
If Auto Fill Cash Up (above) is enabled, select this to enable the Quick Cash Up feature. For more information on the Quick Cash Up feature, Click Here. Note that this overrides the setting set at Site Level, and can be overwritten against individual Till Setup. |
