Cinchio Direct Print Configuration
How to set up your printer to receive direct prints from Cinchio Back Office.

Direct Print works with particular printers in the Epson TM series, including the Epson TM-m30III. Contact Cinchio for more details.

Setting up the printer

Find the IP address
Get the printer's IP address on your network. It looks something like 192.168.1.150. Your IT team can help if you don't know it.

Open it in a browser
On a device on the same network as the printer, open a web browser, such as Chrome, Edge or Safari, and go to the IP address as if it were a website.

Open Advanced Settings
On the Epson Web Config page, select Advanced Settings. If you're asked for an administrator password, it may have been given to you when the printer was installed, or be on a label on the printer.

Open Server Direct Print
Find TM-i Settings, or similar, depending on the firmware, then select Server Direct Print.

Enter the details
Fill in:
The printer's SDP URL from Cinchio Back Office, either:

The SDP Passcode obtain from the Location Setup page in Cinchio Back Office.

Save and restart
Save the settings, then restart the printer.
The printer is ready. Send a test print to check it works.
