Report filtering
Most reports have filters to help you tailor them. The filters vary from report to report, but there are five main types.
Site and location filter
Site picker
The left side lists the sites you have access to. Use the tabs to select groups of sites instead, by Country, Active Status, Time Zone or custom site types. Your selection appears on the right.
Location picker
Some reports have a location picker. The left side lists the locations at your sites. You can also select groups of locations, by Sites or custom location types. Your selection appears on the right.
Pick By
Some reports let you choose between the site picker and the location picker. Use the Pick By toggle to switch.
Date range filter
The left side lists preset date ranges, which fill in the start and end dates and times for you. These follow your company's sales week and sales day, set by Year Week Day Start.
Choosing a custom date range
1
Choose the dates
Select the start date, then the end date.
2
Apply
Adjust the times if needed, then select APPLY.
The report uses your date range.
Why there are two calendars
They let you pick a range that spans two months. If your range is within one month, you only need one.
Single option filter
Choose one option from a list.
Multiple option filter
Choose one, several or all options. Select from the list, or type to search. SELECT ALL and DESELECT ALL are usually available too.
Leaving it blank
If you don't select anything, the report usually includes all options.
Hierarchy filter
Select everything at the top level, or use + and − to drill down and select options at a lower level.
Leaving it blank
If you don't select anything, the report usually includes all options.
