Inventory Management with Product Preparations
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management with product preparations.
The Production Summary report gives an overview of production in a stock period. It lists everything made, the quantities used and any yield loss. It also helps explain the Preparation figures in the Period Variance report.
Open it from either place:
Reports menu
Go to Reports & Analysis > Period Results > Site Reports > Production Summary, then choose the period in the filters.
A stock period
Open it from inside any stock period. It shows that period, with no filters to choose.
Filters
When you open the report from the Reports menu, choose the period to report on.
The period to report on.
Report Output
A summary of production for every product preparation record in the period.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
The product name.
The quantity of the product made, if any.
The quantity of the product used, if any.
The difference between the expected and actual quantities produced.
The product size the quantities are based on.
