Inventory Management only
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management.
The Stock Holding report tracks how much of each supplied product sold during the stock period. Using the counted stock, it estimates how long your current stock will last, to help you plan restocking.
Open it from inside any stock period. It always shows the period you open it from, so there are no filters to choose.
Several sites at once
To see stock holding across several sites, use the Company Stock Holding report.
Report Output
A summary of the stock held at the end of the period.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
How stock days are worked out
Columns
The product name.
The product size the count is based on.
The quantity counted in the stock period.
The number of units sold in the stock period.
The length of the stock period, in days.
How many days the stock is expected to last, based on sales in this period.
