Inventory Management with Company Periods
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management with Company Periods.
The Company Stock Holding report shows stock levels and their value at the end of a selected company period, for each site and as a company-wide total. It works like a company-level version of the site period Stock Holding report.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Period Results > Company Reports > Company Stock Holding. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The company period to report on.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
Group products by product group, master group or super group, or don't group them.
Report Output
A section for each site, then a total for the whole company.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Site stock holding
The stock holding for each product at each site, at the end of the period.
The product name.
The product size the cost and quantities are based on.
The product's cost at the site at the end of the period. Find out how product costs work.
The quantity held at the end of the period.
The value of the stock held at the end of the period, based on the last cost.
All Sites Total
At the bottom of the report, this section adds up the stock holding for every site in the report.
