Report Information
The Stock Holding report tracks the sale quantities of each supplied product during the stock period. By factoring in the counted stock, it estimates how long the current inventory will last before depletion. This report helps with stock forecasting, improving inventory management, and ensuring timely restocking to meet demand.
The report is accessed directly with each individual Stock Period. To see these stock holding for multiple sites, refer to the company-wide Company Stock Holding report.
This report is available only to companies subscribed to the Inventory Management module.
Report Output
The report summarises end of period stock holding.

| Unit | Displays the product size that the count below is based on. |
| Count | Displays the count value within the stock period. |
| Sales | Displays the number of units sold within the stock period based on sales. |
| Days | Displays the duration of the stock period. |
| Stock Days | Displays the number of days that stock is projected to last based on sales within this period. |
