There are two ways to check what version of MvPOS a terminal is running, either through the Back Office or on the terminal itself.
Checking the App version in the Back Office
Log into the Back Office and navigate to POS Setup
Then select POS
From here select the 'Share' icon this will show additional details regarding the POS. There is a column that lists what version each POS is running.
Checking the App version on the Terminal
To check the App version on the terminal press the 'MyVenue' logo in the top left corner. This can be done whether or not you are logged into the till.
Then select 'Setup'
You will need the 'AppSettingsPassword' as this is user configurable, please contact your Account Holder if you do not know it.
Once the password has been entered, you will see this screen, press 'About'
The version number of MyVenue will be shown at the bottom of the page.
