Site Delivery Points

About

Delivery points are the tables and other places on site where customers can have their digital orders brought to them.

They're set up in a hierarchy. Use one tier for a simple list, or up to three tiers to guide customers to where they are, such as floor, then area, then table.

Create

Steps

Start a new hierarchy

Go to Company Settings > Site Setup > Delivery Points and select New Delivery Points Hierarchy.

Name it

Enter a Delivery Points Hierarchy Name.

Create it

Select Create.

The hierarchy is created. Next, add its delivery points.

Edit

How do you want to add them?

One at a time

Adding to the first tier

Add a row

Select Add Delivery Location.

Name it

Enter the name in the new row and select Save.

The delivery point is added to the first tier.

Adding to the second or third tier

Choose the parent

Find the row it belongs under, and select Add against it.

Name it

Enter the name in the new row and select Save.

The delivery point is added under its parent.

Managing a delivery point

Edit

Change its name.

Add

Add a delivery point under it, in the next tier.

Delete

Remove it, if nothing is under it.

Drag and drop

Move it within its parent.

In bulk

For numbered delivery points, such as tables or rooms, add a whole run in one go.

Start adding

Select Bulk Add.

Set up the run

In the Bulk Add Delivery Locations window, fill in:

Tier

The tier you're adding to.

Parent

For tier 2 or 3, the delivery point they go under.

Prefix

Optionally, text to start each name with, such as Table.

Start & End Value

The first and last numbers.

Increments

The gap between each one:

• 1: one each, such as Table 1.
• More than 1: ranges, such as Tables 1 - 10.

Add them

Select Create.

The delivery points are added. You can manage each one on its own, or bulk add more.
