About
Tills are the terminals sales are finished on. Every transaction in Cinchio Back Office is recorded against a till for reporting.
Two kinds of till
Physical tills
The POS terminals in your integrated POS. They're created automatically, and changing them here doesn't affect the POS. They're for reporting only.
Virtual tills
Tills that only exist in Cinchio Back Office, for back-office transactions, such as customer orders, and sales from remote sales integrations.
Some till settings are also used for reporting and Revenue Management.
