Editing Product Suspensions

Suspension End Time

Product suspensions in Suspended state can be edited to update the suspension End as either: 

• No End Date: The suspension remains until reinstated. 
• End Date: The suspension is active until the end of the selected date.

Select [Save] to update the suspension. 

The new end date will then be published to the menu destination. 

Note that if the update fails to reach the menu destination, the API Status column will show as "Update Failed". If this occurs, contact Cinchio. 

Suspension State

You cannot edit the State of a suspension. 

Once created, suspensions are automatically updated to either Suspended or Failed state, depending on whether the suspension reached the menu destination platform. 

Once the suspension End time has passed, it will automatically update to Completed state.
