Hide expected payment totals while staff count, and only show them once the cash up is approved.

Introduction
Blind cash up hides the expected payment amounts while a cash up is being counted, so staff count what's really there rather than aiming for a number.
Pending
Expected amounts hidden.
Counted
Expected amounts still hidden.
Approved
Expected amounts and any variance shown.
You turn it on for each site, and you can choose which payment types it applies to.
Configuration

Go to Company Settings > Site Setup > Site. See site setup.

On the Revenue Management tab, in the Cash Ups section, tick Blind Cash Up.

To hide only some payment types, select CONFIGURE and untick the payment types that don't need hiding. Otherwise, all payment types are hidden.

Select SAVE SITE. Repeat for any other sites.
Expected amounts are hidden in all new cash ups at this site.
