Site Types
Group sites by brand, region or anything else, so they're quicker to pick.

About
Site types let you group sites that have something in common, such as brand, region, area manager or store type.
Wherever there's a site picker, users can then pick every site of a type at once, as well as by the standard options, such as country, active status and time zone.

Up to three, such as Brand or Region.
Site types
As many as you need in each group, such as each brand or each region.
Ready to start?
Go to the Configure tab.
Configure
Set up your site type groups, and the types in each one.
Steps

Open Site Types
Go to Company Settings > Company, open the Sites tab, then Site Types.

Name the groups
Enter a name at the top of each column you want to use as a group. You don't have to use all three.

Add the types
In a column, select ADD OPTION and enter a site type. Repeat for every type in each group.
The site types are ready. Next, give each site its types.
Assign
Give each site its type in each group.
Steps

Open the site
Open the site's settings, either way:
From the site
Log in to the site and go to Company Settings > Site Setup > Site.
From Head Office
Go to Company Settings > Company, open the Sites tab and select EDIT against the site.

Choose its types
On the Site Configuration tab, choose the site's type in each group. See site types in site settings.

Save
Select SAVE SITE.
The site can now be picked by its types.
