About
Denominations are the things people count in cash count templates, for cash ups and safe counts in Revenue Management. They're shared across the whole company.
Two ways to count
By value
Enter the total. For example, 100 for £100.
By quantity
Enter how many. For example, 10 for ten £10 notes.
How counts are matched
Each denomination belongs to a payment media type. Counts are matched against the payments taken with the same type.
