About
The Revenue Analysis report gives an overview of sales revenue, broken down by location and sales revenue account. Where relevant, it also shows service charge separately, along with covers and customer counts.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Sales > Revenue Analysis. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include sales revenue for.
Show revenue as Gross (total sales) or Net.
Report Output
For each site, key sales figures broken down by sales revenue account.
Which reporting profile does your company use?
Tax Inclusive (UK style)
Columns
The site being reported.
Each revenue centre (location) in the site.
The revenue account the revenue centre's sales belong to, based on the sales account on each product group.
Sales for each revenue account, based on the Data Type filter.
Total sales across the revenue accounts, excluding service charge.
Total service charge and tips in the revenue centre.
Total sales across the revenue accounts, including service charge.
The number of covers entered.
The average spend per cover, based on the sales sub total.
The customer count.
The average spend per customer, based on the sales sub total.
