About
The Sales Heatmap report highlights your site's peak sales times, showing when products sell most through the day. Spot your busiest periods and plan your operations around them.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Sales > Sales Heatmap. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include sales for.
The tills to report on. Leave blank for all.
The products to include. Leave blank for all. With Split By Product, choose up to 10.
Sets the colour weighting in the heatmap. Leave it at the default the first time you run the report, then adjust it to suit your data.
Report Output
A heatmap table of how many products sold in each 15-minute slot.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Rows
Each day in the date range.
Columns
Each 15-minute slot across 24 hours.
Colours
The quantity of products sold in each slot, shaded using the Colour Axis.
Split by till or product
With Split By Till or Split By Product, you'll see a separate table for each till or product.
