About
NCR POS data only
This report only shows data from the NCR Silver / Aloha Cloud POS. It isn't available for sites using any other POS.
The Team Member POS Data report summarises key POS sales for each team member. It only includes sales entered directly on the POS, so it shows team member performance at the till.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Sales > Team Member POS Data. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include sales for. This report works by sales date, so you can't filter to specific times in a day.
Report Output
A summary of key POS data for each team member.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Void
An item removed after the ticket was held or printed.
Clear
An item removed before the ticket was held or printed.
Columns
The team member.
The number of transactions entered on the POS.
The average gross sale per transaction.
The number of discounts entered on the POS.
The value of discounts given on the POS.
Discounts as a percentage of gross sales.
The number of refund transactions entered on the POS.
The value of items refunded on the POS.
The number of items voided after the ticket was held or printed.
The value of items voided after the ticket was held or printed.
The number of items cleared before the ticket was held or printed.
The value of items cleared before the ticket was held or printed.
The number of no sales entered.
