About
The Till Performance report shows transactions per till during each site's busiest period, so you can measure throughput and see how efficiently tills run at peak times.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Sales > Till Performance. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The start and end time to report on, up to 24 hours apart.
The length of the busiest period to find at each site: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Report Output
Transaction throughput at each site's busiest point in the day.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
The site name. The first row shows the company average.
Each site's busiest time, based on the Period Duration filter.
The transaction count on the busiest till during the busiest time.
The transaction count on each of the other tills, from busiest to least busy.
The average transaction count on the three busiest tills during the busiest time.
The average time per transaction on the three busiest tills during the busiest time.
