Legacy POS only
This report is for sites on a legacy POS. For newer POS systems, use the Media Totals report for card payments instead.
The Card Type Use report summarises card payments taken through the POS, for sites with integrated card payments. It shows how payments are split across card types, to help you track payment trends and reconcile.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Payments > Card Type Use. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The dates to include payments for.
The tills to report on. Leave blank for all.
The sites to include.
Report Output
The report has two levels. Select a card type category to drill down.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Level 1: Card type categories
Payments for each card type category.
Level 2: Card types
Payments for each card type in the selected category.

Payments received for each card type category. Select a category to see its card types.

The till the payment was taken on.
The card type category.
The number of card payments.
