This report is only available to companies using Revenue Management.
The Bank Deposit Summary report lists bank deposits by account, so you can reconcile them against the matching bank account or third-party platform.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Revenue Management > Bank Deposits > Summary. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to report on, based on either:
The deposit accounts to include. Leave blank for all.
Report Output
The report looks slightly different depending on the View Type filter.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Which View Type did you choose?
By Deposit Date
One list of all deposits, in deposit date order.
By Site
Deposits grouped by site, each in deposit date order.
Columns
Both view types use the same columns.
When the user says the deposit was made.
The site name. By Deposit Date view only.
The sales date the deposited payments relate to.
The bank deposit reference the user entered.
The account the payments were deposited to.
The account's code in the chart of accounts.
The code for the site's deposit account, if any.
The value deposited.
