Revenue Management only
This report is only available to companies using Revenue Management.
The Cash On Site report shows the current cash balance at each site across your company, so you can keep an eye on cash levels.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Revenue Management > Cash On Site. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
Report Output
The report is split by site, showing each account's current cash balance alongside any balance thresholds.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Shown in red
The current balance turns red when it falls below the account's minimum allowed balance.
Shortfall
Shows how far the current balance is from the desired balance.
Columns
The account group the site account belongs to.
The site account's type.
The site account the balance belongs to.
The lowest the balance should be allowed to go, if set on the site account.
The account's usual target balance, if set on the site account.
The account's current balance in Cinchio Back Office. Shown in red if it's below the minimum allowed balance.
The difference between the desired balance and the current balance.
