This report is only available to companies using Revenue Management.
The Safe Counts report gives an overview of safe and cash account counts at your sites, highlighting any variances so you can check cash is accurate.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Revenue Management > Safe Counts. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include safe counts for.
Report Output
One row for each safe count.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Variance is for information only
The variance doesn't change the account's live balance.
Columns
When the safe count was created.
When the safe count was moved to Counted.
The cash account. For cashier accounts, the cashier's name is shown too.
The user who moved the safe count to Counted.
The account's expected balance when the count was made. Not shown for cashier accounts.
The count the user entered.
Any difference between the expected and counted values.
