Revenue or Inventory Management
This report is only available to companies using Revenue Management, Inventory Management or both.
The Cash Purchases report summarises petty cash declarations by product, paid-out reason or both. Drill down to see each individual cash purchase.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Cash Purchases. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include cash purchases for.
Tick to open the report with each cash purchase already expanded. Otherwise, the summary is shown and you can expand rows as you need.
Report Output
The report has two levels. Select a row to drill down.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Level 1: Totals
Cash purchases for each product or paid-out reason.
Level 2: Detail
Each cash purchase behind the total.
Level 1: Cash Purchase Totals
Cash purchase totals for each product or paid-out reason. Select a row to see the purchases behind it.
The product bought, or the paid-out reason product.
The quantity bought.
The unit size the quantity is based on, for Inventory Management products.
The total cost of each item bought.
Level 2: Cash Purchase Detail
Each cash purchase where the product was bought or the paid-out expense was charged.
When the cash purchase was declared.
The cash purchase description.
The cash purchase reference.
Any reason the user entered.
The quantity bought.
The unit size the quantity is based on, for Inventory Management products.
The total cost in the cash purchase.
