Inventory Management only
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management.
The Supplied Products report shows the supplier products and packs linked to items in your product database, which decides what's available on supplier orders. You can also update key supplier product details here.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Supplied Products. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The suppliers to report on.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
Sort by Cinchio Back Office Product Description, Supplier Product Name or Supplier Product Code.
Optionally, specific supplier product codes to find, separated by commas.
Show all supplier products, or only those enabled for ordering.
Report Output
Supplier products grouped by supplier, with their key details.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
The product's description in Cinchio Back Office.
The supplier pack's product name, as shown on supplier orders.
The supplier pack's product code, as shown on supplier orders.
A description of the supplier product's case size.
How many of the product's base units are in the supplier pack.
The base unit size of the product the supplier pack is linked to.
The product's cost. Find out how product costs work.
Whether the cost is contracted. A contracted cost can't be changed on supplier orders.
Whether the supplier product is added automatically when an order is created with auto fill.
Whether the supplier product is enabled for ordering.

Suppliers with a catalogue
If the supplier has a supplier catalogue turned on, supplier product settings follow the catalogue and you can't change them freely. Find out how supplier catalogues work.
