Inventory Management only
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management.
The Cost Price Analysis report shows what you've paid for products over a selected period, broken down so you can see how costs vary by product and supplier.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Cost Price Analysis. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
The suppliers to include costs for. Leave blank for all.
Report Output
Select a row to drill down from each level to the next. How many levels there are depends on the View Type filter.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.

Split By Site: 3 levels
Level 1: Cost Price Summary
Costs and order totals for each product. Select a product to see its suppliers.
The product's description.
The lowest price paid in the date range, for the pack size shown.
The highest price paid in the date range, for the pack size shown.
The number of orders placed for the product.
Level 2: By Supplier
The same figures as level 1, broken down by supplier. The columns are the same as level 1.
Level 3: By Supplier Order
Each supplier order the product was bought on from the selected supplier.
The supplier.
When the order was placed. Select it to open the order in a new tab.
The quantity ordered.
When the order was received.
The quantity received.
The cost price paid on the order.
Consolidated: 4 levels
