Inventory Management only
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management.
The Transfer Analysis report shows stock transfers between your sites and, where relevant, transfers to or from external sources.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Transfer Analysis. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Get it by email
Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include transfers for.
The transfer states to include.
Tick to open the report with every level expanded. Otherwise, the totals are shown and you can expand rows as you need.
Report Output
What the report shows depends on the Analysis Type filter.
Same for every reporting profile
This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.

By Transfer: 2 levels
Level 1: Transfer Summary
Each transfer sent from or received by the site. Select a transfer to see its products.

The products in the selected transfer.

Level 1: Product Summary
Each product sent from or received by the site. Select a product to see its sites.

Columns
Every column used in both analysis types. Cost and Price mean the same thing, as do Display Size and Unit.
When the receiving site received the transfer.
The transfer's date and time.
The transfer's description.
The site the transfer came from or went to.
The site the product came from or went to.
The transfer reason, if any.
The transfer's current state.
The number of transfers received from or sent to the site.
The product's PLU.
The product transferred.
The quantity transferred.
The product size the quantity is based on.
The cost of the product transferred, based on the latest cost at the dispatching site. Find out how product costs work.
