Inventory Management only
This report is only available to companies using Inventory Management.
The Wastage Summary report lists all declared product wastage in the reporting period, so you can keep an eye on product loss.
Open it from Reports & Analysis > Inventory Management > Wastage > Summary. What it shows depends on the filters you choose.
Wastage Summary
Includes wastage that's Approved and wastage still in Preparation, for the full picture.
Wastage Analysis
Only includes Approved wastage. See Wastage Analysis.

Save this report as a saved report and schedule it to be emailed to you regularly.
Filters
Choose these before you run the report.
The sites or site groups to include.
The dates to include.
The stock types to report on. Leave blank for all.
The product groups to include. Leave blank for all.
Order wastage by Clerk, Date, Product, Product Group or Waste Type.
The wastage types to report on. Leave blank for all.
The team member types to report on. Leave blank for all.

A list of every wastage record users entered.

This report looks the same whichever reporting profile your company uses.
Columns
When the wastage was declared.
The team member who entered the wastage.
The PLU of the product wasted.
The product wasted.
The product group the product belongs to.
The wastage type given on the wastage record.
The quantity wasted in the product's receiving unit size, and that size.
The quantity wasted in the product's stocking unit size, and that size.
The quantity wasted in the product's base unit size, and that size.
The cost of the wastage. Find out how product costs work.
