Reports & Analysis
Reporting Update To Support North American Market
Terminology through all reporting in Cinchio Back Office has been updated to support reporting language typically used throughout North America.
For companies in North America, you can switch to using this terminology by updating the Reporting Profile against your company to "Tax Exclusive Gross (US Style)".

For companies throughout Europe, reporting remains unaffected by this update.
Missing Sales GL Code Alert
If your company relies on GL Codes throughout sales reporting, you can now be alerted if any product groups are missing a Sales GL Code.
To enable these alerts, at company level select the "Requires Product Group Sales GLs" in the GL Code Management section of the company setup page.
These alerts will then show within the System Alerts widget on your landing page. The Value can be selected to quickly access each group and assign a Sales GL Code.
Menu Management
Latest Publication Date Visibility
Within a menu, against each location/destination pairing you can now see when this menu was last published via Cinchio Back Office.
Active Menu Status
Utilising the Last Publication Date covered above, within the list of available menus you can now see if a menu is active.
Digital Order Management
Location Settings Via Cinchio Back Office (Initial Phase)
We've completed the initial phase of providing access to configuration of Cinchio Kiosk and Cinchio Mobile ordering via Cinchio Back Office.
Accessed via Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings, select a location within your site to see settings for Digital Ordering channels enabled at that location.
This initial phase includes settings related to Fees and Delivery/Notification (covered later), with many more settings being introduced soon.
Configuring Fees
For locations that apply a digital convenience service fee, within the Digital Service Fees section you can specify the fee percentage against each Cinchio Digital Order channel enabled within a location.
Any other bespoke fees that are applicable for orders placed through Cinchio Digital Order channels can be managed through the Dynamic Fees section.
Configuring Delivery & Notification Settings
Within the Delivery & Notification Management section, against each channel you can specify the way in which customers receive Digital Orders and the way in which they are notified once the order is ready.
