Settings & Administration
KMS Target Time
To support the "Late Order" metrics in new Kitchen Prep Performance report covered above, you can now define target times for orders flowing through the kitchen.
The KMS Order Target is defined at company level, but can be overridden at site level or location level to handle varying performance expectations across different kitchen environments.
Media Type "Retained Charges" Flag
In addition to the Used For Liabilities flag released recently (see recent updates here), you can now also flag a media type as Used For Retained Charges for media types that contain media which are used to record any service charges and fees that are retained by the business and reported outside of standard revenue.
These settings are each used in Transaction Refunds covered above, and tie in with plans to break out these charges in reporting in the near future.
Transaction Refund Settings
There are a few new settings to support the Transaction Refunds feature covered above.
Against a transaction source enabled for refunds (by Cinchio admin), against the Refund Limit you can specify how old transactions can be to be eligible for refunds, between 1 and 30 days. (Default is 7 days.)
If a media type is flagged as Used For Liabilities or Used For Retained Charges, media assigned to that media type can be flagged for Proportional Refunds Enabled, meaning that in partial refunds the liability/charge will be automatically proportionally refunded in line with the product value being refunded.
Product HFSS Flag
To support HFSS legislation introduced in the UK relating to promoting and marketing of products containing a high fat, sale and/or sugar content, the High Fat, Sale or Sugar checkbox has been added into the Allergens & Nutrition section of the product to be used by external sources that require this information for marketing.
