Sales Reporting
New Sales Report: Daily Summary
The new Daily Summary report has been introduced, which provides provides a clear snapshot of key sales, payment and discount activity for any day across a wide range of reporting metrics, all in one place.

New Dashboard Widget: KMS Late Orders Summary

The Late Orders Summary dashboard widget is now available to add into your dashboards, to monitor how often sites are meeting KMS target times.
With various views available, you can get a snapshot of your day so far:
You can see how often your KMS target time is being met at hourly or half-hourly intervals throughout the day:
And you can track late orders throughout the week so far to identify any emerging trends:

The KMS Performance dashboard widget is now available to add into your dashboards, to gain insight into how long orders take to flow through the kitchen and expo.
With various views available, you can get a snapshot of your day so far:

New Dashboard Widget: Custom Metric Analysis

For customer data entered via the Daily Metrics feature, the Custom Metric Analysis dashboard widget is now available to add into your dashboards, allowing you visualise custom metric data alongside sales data from transactions.
For custom metric values such as Venue Attendance or Guest Count, compare daily values entered against sales to understand spend per attendee each day in the week so far:
Alternatively, see how spend per daily guest compares to previous dates where guest count has been entered.
Or the rate in which attendees dine at restaurants within the venue:
For custom metric values such as Sales Budget, compare data entered against sales to see how performance measures against budget:
The Custom Metrics widget includes various calculation options, allowing you to compare custom data against different sales attributes in the way that best suits your needs.
Operations Hub
Operations Hub: Access & Navigation Improvements
The Cinchio Operations Hub has been upgraded to improve the experience for operators performing front-of-house (FOH) tasks, including a new home page providing easy access to tools and Cinchio resources.
URL generation for bookmarking access on FOH devices is now done at location-level, and Back Office access to the Operations Hub is now much easier using the new Operations Hub Access landing page widget.
Operations Hub: Control Over Available Tools
In the Company Setup page, in the Operations Hub section you can now select which FOH tools are available to operators in the Cinchio Operations Hub at all locations within the company.
Customers: New Customer Check In Feature
The new Customer Check In feature has been introduced to allow operators to check members into a location via the front-of-house Operations Hub. Each check in is recorded against the customers history.
Scan member cards as they access the location:
Confirm member details, and capture how many guests are visiting the location with the member:
Inventory Management
Product Setup: Simplified Setup For Retail Inventory
As retail products are typically sold as supplied, the setup process when enabling a retail product for inventory has been simplified.
Now, when setting the product as stock type Supplied, you'll be prompted to enter just:
- Supplier
- Supplier Cost
- Supplier Pack Size
This information is used to automatically assign all required product sizing information:
And will be used to assign the supplier with defaults too:
Note that products are considered as Retail products if assigned to a "Retail Products" product group, covered later in this article.
Operations & Configuration
Transaction Search: New Search Options Added
Within the Transaction Search feature, "Transaction Customer" options have been added into the Advanced Search section, allowing you to search for transactions based on the customer associated with the transaction using:
- Customer Name
- Customer Phone Number
- Customer Email
- Customer Code (For Cinchio Customers)
Payments Setup: Visibility Of Media Type Settings
To save having to access individual records, within the Media Types table you now have visibility of:
- The Payment Account assigned against the media type for GL Account reporting.
- Whether the media type is Enabled As Charge/Liability for transactional and reporting purposes.
Product Setup: New "Retail Products" Product Group Flag
You can now flag a Product Master Group as Used For Retail Products.
This treats all products under this product group as Retail, for use downstream in areas such as reporting and inventory.
Digital Ordering: Dynamic Fee Media Restriction
For Digital Ordering location configuration, the Order Fee Media list against Dynamic Fees is now restricted to only show media against media types flagged as a Charge or Liability, to ensure any fees can be handled correctly should transactions containing these fees require a refund.
