Locations and destinations
About
Every menu has a list of locations and destinations. The location is your location in Cinchio Back Office, such as the restaurant or bar. The destination is the platform the menu goes to, such as the kiosk or a delivery partner.
Open the Locations And Destinations tab in the menu. Each row shows:
The site the location belongs to.
Where the menu is available.
The platform the menu can be published to, for that location.
Retail menus
For retail menus, you can only view locations here. Their settings are managed in each location's retail channel setup.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
QHow do I add images to menu items?
Images are added to the product, not the menu. Every menu with that product then uses them, so they're the same everywhere. See product images, and which image is used.
QHow are prices and tax set for menu items?
Prices and tax rates are held against price levels.
Menu destination
Each menu destination has default price levels for each fulfilment type, so every menu there is priced the same.
Location override
If a location prices differently, override its price levels in the menu's locations and destinations.
For each fulfilment type, there are two price levels:
Menu Item Price Level
The standard price of a product on the menu.
Modifier Price Level
The price of a product used as a modifier, when it's different from its standard price.
Modifier pricing
When you add a modifier to a modifier group, you choose its Pricing Type:
Menu Item Price
The modifier uses the destination's Menu Item Price Level.
Modifier Price
The modifier uses the destination's Modifier Price Level.
Example
Fries cost £2 on the menu. In an Add A Side group, Fries uses Menu Item Price, so they're £2. In a meal deal's Select Your Side group, Fries uses Modifier Price, with £0 on the modifier price level, so they're free.
