Let team members check their sales at the end of a shift, and download or email their shift report.

About
Team Member Shifts gives team members quick access to their key sales figures at the end of a shift, straight from the Operations Hub, without needing Cinchio Back Office.
They can also download or email themselves a copy of their shift report for their records.
What's in the report
By default, product group sales, payments, and tips and gratuities.
Managers can see them too
On-site managers and Head Office can also see shift reports in Cinchio Back Office.
Ready to start?
Go to the View Shift Reports tab.
View Shift Reports
Find a team member's shift for the current sales date, and open, download or email their shift report.
Steps

Open Team Member Shifts
Open the Operations Hub and select TEAM MEMBER SHIFTS in the menu. See opening the Operations Hub.

Find the team member
Every team member with sales so far in the current sales date is listed, showing:
The team member's name.
The sales date the shift report is for.
When the team member entered their first transaction in the sales date.
When they entered their last transaction in the sales date.
The total gross sales they entered, excluding discounts.
To find a particular shift, use the filters in the Search panel at the top:
Shift reports in the selected date range.
Shift reports for team members whose name matches all or part of what you enter.

Open the shift report
Against the team member, select SHIFT REPORT.

Export or close it
When you've got what you need, do either of these:
Keep a copy
Expand the Export Report panel to download a PDF or email the report.
Close it
Select CLOSE to leave the shift report.
You've seen the team member's shift report.

Frequently asked questions
QCan I choose what shows in the shift report?
By default, the shift report shows top-level sales and payments, along with the team member's tip and gratuity totals. If you'd like something different for your company, contact the European Helpdesk or the North American Helpdesk to talk it through.
