The Operations Hub gives front-of-house teams a set of tools for tasks during service, so they can get things done without logging in to Cinchio Back Office.
Each location has its own secure link, bookmarked on its front-of-house device or POS. You choose which tools appear for your company.
Tools in the Operations Hub
Take products off every menu in a couple of taps when they run out, then bring them back.
Track today's delivery, click & collect and kiosk orders, and tell customers when they're ready.
See which allergens are in which products, so you can answer customer questions quickly.
Declare opening floats and enter end-of-shift cash counts, ready for approval.
Let team members clock in and out of shifts and record their breaks.
Record wasted products as it happens, ready for a manager to approve.
Check members and loyalty customers in with their card or customer code.

Open the Operations Hub from your front-of-house device, or straight from Cinchio Back Office.

Use the bookmark saved on your location's front-of-house device or POS.

Open the bookmark
On your front-of-house device or POS, select the Operations Hub bookmark.

Choose a tool
The Operations Hub home page opens for your location.

Back Office landing page
Add the Operations Hub Access widget to your Cinchio Back Office landing page. It links to the Operations Hub for each location at your site.

Add the widget
In your user profile, add the Operations Hub Access widget to your landing page. Find out how to add landing page widgets.

Open a location
On your landing page, select the location in the widget.
The Operations Hub opens for that location.
Finding your way around
The Operations Hub home page has three sections:
Sales Dashboard
A dashboard view of today's sales at your location so far.
Operations Tools
Tools for front-of-house tasks during service. You choose which appear here in the Operations Hub section of company setup.

Links to Cinchio's help and support pages.
Configuration
Each location has its own secure Operations Hub web address. Create it once, then bookmark it on the location's front-of-house device or POS.
Regenerating breaks old bookmarks
When you regenerate the address, every existing bookmark stops working and shows Invalid Till Connection. Bookmark the new address on every device that uses it. See fixing an invalid connection.
Steps

Open the location
Go to Company Settings > Site Setup > Locations and select Edit against the location.

Get the access URL
On the Location Details tab, find Operations Hub Access:
No address yet
Select Generate Access URL.
Already has one
Select Copy Access URL to bookmark it on another device, or Regenerate Access URL to replace it.

Bookmark it
Open the address on the location's device and bookmark it.
The location's device can now open the Operations Hub from its bookmark. To choose which tools appear, see choosing tools.

Yes. In the Operations Hub section of company setup, choose which tools appear in the Operations Tools section. Operators then only see the tools they need.
Troubleshooting
My Operations Hub connection is invalid
If you see Invalid Till Connection when opening the Operations Hub from your bookmark, the bookmarked address no longer works. It's usually because the address was regenerated.

Delete the old bookmark from your device.

Get the new Operations Hub address from Cinchio Back Office. See Configuration.
