About
If your products have allergens assigned in Cinchio Back Office, the Allergens page of the Operations Hub lets front-of-house teams see which allergens are in which products.
You can filter by allergen, or search for particular menu items, so you can answer customer questions quickly.
Where the allergens come from
The page only shows what's set against each product. Find out how to assign allergens to products in Cinchio Back Office.
Ready to start?
Go to the View Allergens tab.
View Allergens
See which products contain which allergens, and narrow the list down.
Steps
1
Open Allergens
Open the Operations Hub on your front-of-house device and select Allergens on the home page. Every product with an allergen assigned is listed.

Find the product or allergen
To narrow the list, do either of these:
Search for a product
Type in the search field at the top.
Filter by allergen
Select a column heading to show only products that contain that allergen.

Reset the list
To clear your search and filters, select SEE ALL ALLERGENS.
You can see the allergens for the products you need.
