Summary
Within Digital Order Management, the way in which Delivery & Notification settings are configured is changing to provide greater flexibility in creating multiple ordering experiences for guests.
For locations providing onsite delivery, you can also now configure delivery points for your guests to select.

Delivery & Notification Management
Against each order channel, you can now set up a different order experience depending on the Fulfilment Type.
It is also now possible to configure multiple order experiences per Fulfilment Type at each channel.
When configuring Delivery & Notification settings against a channel, more options are now available to help customise your customers experience.
These include:
- Display Name allowing customers to select the order experience that they want, with a Spanish option available where required.
- KMS Name so that your kitchen can clearly see how this order needs to be prepared.
- SMS Message to customise the text sent to your customers when orders are ready.
And for Delivery Methods Table and Onsite Delivery, select the way in which you want your customers to tell you where they are located:
- Custom Text Entry allows the guest to type in their table number or location.
- Delivery Points allows you to select a Delivery Points hierarchy configured against your site, as covered below.

Delivery Points
Accessed via Company Settings > Site Setup > Delivery Points, you can now configure Delivery Points against your site to represent tables available within locations in your site, and to represent onsite delivery locations available throughout the site.
Delivery Points are hierarchical, providing the flexibility of having just one tier for a simple list of Delivery Points:
