Introduction

The Tills section in Cinchio Back Office provides access to settings for two distinct types of tills:

  1. Physical Tills: These tills are physical, representing POS devices within an integrated POS system. It's important to note that the till within Cinchio Back Office representing the POS device doesn't impact the till within the POS system. Instead, it serves solely as a reference point for reporting purposes.
  2. Virtual Tills: Virtual tills exist solely within Cinchio Back Office. They are used for handling back-office transactions and sales originating from remote sources through various remote sales integrations.

Additionally, certain settings can be defined against tills for reporting and Revenue Management purposes to distinguish between different requirements.
