Digital Order Management
Updates to Order Delivery & Notification Management
Delivery & Notification Management settings are now configurable per Fulfilment Type, per Channel, within each location, providing more flexibility for the various order modes required by your customers.

Customise Site & Location Names For Digital Ordering
Within Digital Order Management settings, via Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Site Setup you can now update the Site Name that your customers see for your site:
Likewise, via Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Location Setup you can also update the Location Name that your customers see for each location within your site:
Customise Customer Tipping Prompts
Via Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Location Setup, if Guest Tipping is enabled, you can now customise the tip amount prompts that show by default if these should be different to the defaults of 10%, 15% and 20%.
There is also the option to set one of these options to be preselected at checkout.
Customise Mobile Advanced Order Pick Up Slots
Via Digital Order Management > Advanced Settings > Location Setup, if Advanced Orders are enabled for Mobile Ordering, you can now customise the advance order intervals that customers select when placing orders for later in the day.
Resend Customer SMS Receipt Via Back Office
For Cinchio Digital Orders on Kiosk, Mobile and Retail, if the customer provided an phone number to opt in to receive an SMS receipt, the option is now available in Cinchio Back Office to resend the SMS receipt if requested by the customer.
Menu Management
Menu List: New Active Menus Filter & Column Sort Options
Within the Menu Builder section, you can now filter the Status column to see all menus or just those which are currently active.
You can also now sort the list on the Menu Name, Menu Title and Last Update columns to make it easier to locate menus in the list.
Menu Builder: New Option To Add Multiple Products Into Menus
Within the Menu Designer, there is now the option to add multiple items into a menu in one go.
Simply select the Category that the products should be added in to and then select the Products. (An optional Product Group filter is available to filter the Products list, if required.)

New Delivery Points Feature
Against your site, you can now configure a hierarchy of Delivery Points to assign against locations using Digital Ordering platforms, allowing customers to select where they are situated within the venue for table service and onsite delivery.

New Transaction Events Source: MyVenue POS
Within transactions received from MyVenue POS, within the Transaction Events section we now expose the following actions performed on the POS:
- Transaction start time and team member.
- Transaction end time and team member.
- Time and team member that each payment gets finalised.
- If a table is present, time that each item is added to the table.
