Digital Order Management
New featureFront-of-House Product Suspensions
When something sells out, your team can now take it off sale quickly from the Operations Hub. Product Suspensions has been revamped to make it easier to manage which products are unavailable across Cinchio Digital Ordering and integrated third-party platforms.
The Operations Hub shows the products on your location's active menus today, grouped by menu category. Staff can search for an item or browse by category, then suspend it with a single tap. Modifiers can be suspended too.

New featureNutritional Information for F&B Digital Ordering
You can now show product nutritional information to customers on Cinchio Kiosk and Cinchio Mobile. To turn it on, open the Digital Ordering setup for your F&B location and switch on Nutritional Information.

Inventory Management
ImprovedLive Stock On Hand
You can now see live On Hand quantities directly in the Products list, without opening each product's setup page. Live On Hand values also appear in pending supplier orders, so you can check current stock while you order.

Revenue Management
ImprovedCash Counts: Shift Summary Printing
You can now print a paper copy of a till's Shift Summary report when you complete a Cash Count in the Operations Hub. It's ideal for filing with your takings, attaching to a cash bag, or handing over at the end of a shift.
Printing is available at any location with an SDP printer set up. See Location SDP Printers below.
Setup & Administration
New featureLocation SDP Printers
Cinchio Back Office can now print directly to network thermal printers at your locations. Selected printer models that support Server Direct Print (SDP) can be added to a location. To check whether your printer is compatible, contact Cinchio.
Cash Counts is the first feature to use location printers. We plan to bring printing to more areas of Cinchio Back Office soon.
