In some cases, new features may be user rights protected and your company's Cinchio back office administrator may need to Update User Roles to grant access to these new features.

Transactions & Reporting
New Feature: Transaction Events
The new Transaction Events section has been added into the View Transaction page.
This provides insight into what happened during and after this transaction took place for the sources listed below, with more coming soon:
- Logwood KMS Events
- Apex Locker Events
- Notification Subscriptions
- Webhook Requests
Update To Transaction Payments
The Transaction Payments section of the View Transaction page has been updated to separate media used to record payments received from media used to record non-revenue liabilities such as gratuities and tips.
The Payments Received section represents total payments received in the transaction.
The Liabilities & Charges section, if applicable, lists any non-revenue liabilities and charges captured in the transaction.
These are each summarised in the Payment Summary section, with the Net Payment Total line representing total revenue received from product sales.
Daily Summary Report: Added Team Member Gratuities
Within the Team Member Sales section of the new Daily Summary sales report, a Gratuity column has been added to show total gratuities in transactions against each team member.
Digital Order Management
New Feature: Gift Card & Account Payment Configuration
Within the Location Setup section, you can now enable gift card providers and account payment providers (per those available to your company) against Digital Order channels for each location.
Revenue Management
New Feature: Assign Bag Number To Cash Deposits
For sites that automatically generate cash deposits based on the cash up declaration, the Use Bag Number As Reference setting is now available to enable against deposit accounts to automatically populate the deposit reference with the Bag Number entered when cashing up.

Setup & Administration
New Feature: Default Tax Rate & Product Price Update Changes
Against a price level, you can now define an optional Default Tax Rate:
When adding a new price against a product for this price level, the tax rate will populate by default:
If changing the default Default Tax Rate against a price level, you'll be prompted whether to update the tax rate against the individual product prices too:

Update To Modifier Group Setup
The Modifier Group section has been updated to:
- Capture all modifier group settings on creation.
- Add in a new Item Maximum attribute, supported by Cinchio Kiosk and Cinchio Mobile.
- Improve labels and add in tooltips explaining each settings use.
New Feature: Link Deals To Menus Via The Deal
Until now, deals have been assigned to each menu independently within the Menu Builder.
You can now also assign an individual deal against many menus at once from within the deal itself too.

Update To Deal Configuration: New Transaction-Level Discount Settings
The following new options have been added into the deal configuration form:
- Discounted Items Contribute To Condition: Specify whether the sale value of items already discounted in a basket contributes towards the minimum spend condition of a transaction-level discount.
- Excluded Products: Select a product family of products to exclude from the transaction-level discount calculation for items that are except from discount.
