Cinchio Back Office Updates - October 2026

The Like For Like Sales Report now lets you group sites using your own custom Site Types, so you can compare sales in the groupings that suit your business.

The Like For Like Sales Report now supports sales by location, so you can see live sales comparisons for individual locations within your sites.

When entering wastage in Cinchio Back Office, you can now see each product's current stock on hand, helping you check that the wastage entry is correct.

When transferring stock, you can now see each product's current stock on hand, helping you check that the quantities you're transferring are correct.

Modifier Groups now support a second level of modifiers, nested against individual modifiers within a modifier group.

This lets you build simpler, tidier menus, where customers only see the follow-up choices that relate to the option they've picked as they customise their meal.

When adding modifiers to a modifier group, you no longer need to add them one at a time.

You can now add many modifiers in one go, sharing the same pricing option and, where applicable, the same nested modifier options. You can then fine-tune individual modifiers afterwards.

In the Menu Builder, menu categories and menu items are now displayed more clearly, making it easier to find the tools you need to manage your menus.

You'll also find quick access to product images and better visibility of each menu item's modifiers.

You can now print orders received into Cinchio Back Office straight to the kitchen or bar using the new Cinchio Direct Print feature.
